At Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your clothing or accessories are not a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Locate the returns note included in your original parcel and indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size or color.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the provided pre-paid return label to the outside of your package, making sure to cover or remove any original delivery barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized post office or collection point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
